Trilogy is delighted to have sponsored the Lifetime Achievement Award at the London Book Fair.
At a reception at the Fair on 7th March, the third London Book Fair Lifetime Achievement Award in International Publishing was presented by Trilogy Managing Director Alex Dare to Christopher MacLehose, Publisher-at-large of Harvill Secker, following a speech by Liz Calder of Bloomsbury Publishing, who praised MacLehose’s role in international publishing.
Christopher MacLehose commented on receiving the award that he appreciated Trilogy’s long-term support for the Publishing market with their 18th year at the London Book Fair.
The international judging panel commented: “Christopher MacLehose has worked tirelessly over many years to build bridges between the literatures of the world. His publishing of a wide range of significant writers in translation has changed public perceptions of ‘foreign’ literature. This award is timely and hugely well-deserved”.
