Hardware Supply & Maintenance

Trilogy is able to assist with the provision of appropriate hardware to run applications, ensuring that this is compatible with any existing infrastructure, and that maintenance is provided into the future.


Technical documentation is available for both hardware and software. In addition Trilogy will develop specific user system guides to meet the varying needs of customers.


Training in both hardware and application software can be provided by Trilogy.

The two methods employed:

  • Individual training classes with hands-on experience for between six and ten trainees
  • Courses designed to train the trainers


The latter is particularly effective for large organisations that need the ability to provide ad-hoc training for new recruits, etc.

Site Reviews

Additional costed services are available to cover regular on-site visits and system health checks.

Regular On-site Visits

A programme of one-day site reviews can be arranged. These visits can be used to address system performance, ad-hoc and minor concerns, small system modifications and general help/advice and training (this does not substitute any site visits that may be required to resolve incidents reported via the Support Desk).

System Health Check

An on-site survey investigating system performance, configuration and capacity. A written report will be produced that details the findings and any recommended actions.
