Picking and Packing

As products are grown rather than shipped, you can never be sure when you will be able to distribute or how many will be available for shipment.

Orders can be taken and placed on a held orders list until the plants are ready to be picked.  When ready, a picking list for that particular plant can be produced. Part shipment can be optionally employed for customers ordering multiple plants.

If the number of orders exceeds the supply, you can phone or write to the concerned customers and offer alternatives or refunds.

Sales Order Processing

If you are one of the many nurseries in the Channel Islands, VAT and order handling rules can be automatically applied at order processing.
